Remember platforms?

Well they're back! As with most of our "favourite" 90's trends, the platform heels are back for a revamp and I'm finding my favourites to share with you! Dressing up like Cher from Clueless springs to mind, however I won't be digging out my old check mini skirts (I think I sold them all on eBay anyways) so giving them a modern edge is my ideal styling for this trend. They're surprisingly easy to walk in, because the huge heel is counterbalanced by the front platform, so its more like walking on stilts than the ball of your foot. If you ever wanted to run away and join the circus, nows your chance...OXFORD CIRCUS THAT IS!! The only questions for me is to open toe or closed toe? To be honest I'm here for the closed toe to give that Bratz vibe and hide my un-pedicured toes. But the open toes are perfect for this summer season and will look amazing dressed down with some jeans and a blazer...doesn't everything?
